IAM offers design/build services to our customers who have a desire to work with a single source provider that can engineer, design, price and install a project from start to finish.

A design/build makes the process efficient and easy for a project owner.  It allows IAM to take the information that the owner provides and engineer and install a mechanical system that is energy and cost efficient.

Step I - Preliminary system design
Step II - Preliminary construction cost
Step III - Detail and final system design
Step IV - Final construction Budget
