Industrial Air & Mechanical is a full service mechanical contractor. Industrial Air & Mechanical was established in 1998 and provides mechanical services in all states across the United States. Our main office and fabrication facility is located in Dalton, GA.

Our 50,000 SF fabrication facility houses the most current and high capacity pipe and metal fabrication equipment on the market.

Industrial Air and Mechanical specializes in Design/Build Engineering projects, process piping fabrication and installation, sheet metal fabrication & installation, specialty steel fabrication, HVAC systems, ventilation exhaust systems and millwright services.

IAM maintains a very professional and high quality staff of employees including engineers, project managers, estimators, pipe fitters, millwrights and metal fabricators.
